Starting!

Monday, July 09, 2007

This is the start of what i have been dreaming of for a long time and today I am making the change! I made a commitment on July 7th 2007 that it was going to be the day where I start making changes for myself! I am going to loose weight! I found this site today and know that this is how I am going to make this work! This is the motivational site. I need motivation! I am going to do this... I am going to do this! I have to keep telling myself that. I am ready to be healthy and happy again. I used to be around the lower 200 range and now I am ready to get back that way. I am big boned and muscular and I plan on getting down to 190-200! That would be a healthy weight for me. I also plan on having a beautiful wedding dress! I plan on being healthy in my life. No more eating out everyday... i am going to do this for myself! I am going to bring my lunch and work on drinking 8 glasses a day. Every week I am going to give myself a goal of what to do. This week is start off my drinking 8 glasses of water a day and remembering to take my medications every morning because it is going to help me loose weight! I am going to do this!! Its just the start that is so hard!

You're right. The start is the hardest. But, once you pull through you will do a lot better. It's great that you are starting out this first week by drinking your 8 glasses of water. That is a very good start. I recently joined Spark People also and find it to be the best weight loss site I have ever been on. It's definitely the support system I need and will continue to use throughout this journey. I wish you the best of luck and know that you can do this. I can't wait to see how far you will go! - Christine
