I am not really a blog person and always dislike English in school. One of my challenges wanted me to journal about why for weight lost. I am more into getting healthy and stronger.
1. to be able to move around in my eighty's
2. to stay off meds
3. maintain a healthy blood sugar and blood pressure
4. to do task easily
5. to have better endurance
6. to be around for my kids and grand kids
7. to avoid using all my future retirement in medical bills
8. to enjoy looking in the mirror more
9. to stop disliking my shadow
10.to fit clothes appropriate for my height
11. to inspire other differently to lose weight than the way I do now
12.to make my husband look better with me at his side (he never complains and tell me how nice I look)
13. for when others that have not seen me in a long time, not to think first thing "Wow, she really gain weight."
14. I want people to think, "she is really in great shape for her age" "she looks so much better now"
15 to do more than walk/jog in a 5K
16. for my boss not to see me as a potential health risk
