My Small Goals Commitment Blog #1

To start afresh this year I joined the SP Small Goals Commitment Challenge.
#1: I want to be healthy and fit because I have diabetes, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and want to stay on top of it. I don't want to give into it and let them defeat me. Also I want to be healthy for my dh and all my kiddos and grandkids. To be a good example to them.
#2: First off, to do this I must have some goals. Long term, Medium and Short term goals.
A: Long Term Goals: I still need to lose 25 lbs to reach my maintenance goal of 125 lbs. I know the last 25 lbs will be the hardest. (I've already lost a total of 50.8 lbs in the last year)
B: Medium Term Goals: To lose 2-3 lbs a month. I know this is not much, but I'm not looking at speed now, just slowing down for the final 25 lbs.
C: Short Term Goals: These will be more specific.
...1: Drink 8 cups of water daily.
...2: Stay true to my LCHF/Ketogenic lifestyle.
...3: Exercise 10+ minutes a day.
This is my first Small Goals Commitment.
