Joining the New Year train

And one more for the New Year resolution. I have a really important test photoshoot coming up in late February, so need to work on the whole winter shape thing :). I don't really have a specific weight goal, although 140 lbs would be nice (although almost certainly not feasible starting at 158 lbs, which was my pre-xmas weight.... will find out tomorrow where my actual starting point is).

I am currently doing the following:
(1) Cut out all alcohol (I tend to be in the high-end of healthy drinking, so this is a pretty descent calorie amount).
(2) 50-30-20 percent for protein, fat, carbs
(3) Couple hours a day of activity. Usually some combination of treadmill desk at work and lifting.

Wish me luck -- I know it seems a bit absurd and vain, but this is actually important for my income.
