We shall see...

So I've been doing great, tracking calories and saving calories for the times of day when my body wants them. I've also been doing short (but sometimes intense) workouts almost every day. (I've decided one day a week I will give myself a break.) And when I say short, I mean literally between 10 and 30 minutes!

I've been really surprised since starting the calorie cutting at how my hunger has decreased. It seems like shifting my eating to a different time of day has had a larger impact on my hunger than any diet I've ever tried.

One of the best breakfasts I have is the fried tilapia filet with a couple of scrambled eggs. Man does it fill me up, make me motivated and get me ready for the day, even though a lot of times my day doesn't start until late morning!

I've also started taking a Women's One-A-Day vitamin. Does anyone else take these? I've definitely noticed a boost in energy shortly afterwards. I got the same effect from taking a B complex vitamin, but after comparing the two at the store, I decided to try the one-a-day because of how much more varied the components were. I wish there was a more definite way of seeing how much of a positive effect vitamins have on your body.

Anyways, my first weekly weigh-in is coming up in a couple of days, and I will see if my experiment is paying off.

Have a wonderful day everyone! =)

Your breakfast looks wonderful! I have had similar experiences....there are times my body just wants more (physical hunger) and I do my best to eat only when physically hungry and then only until satisfied. Seems to work with enough workouts (strength training and walks) to keep everything going in the right direction. I do supplement (as needed) based on my tracker--if I'm low on magnesium, I take some magnesium, for example. I skipped the all-in-one vitamins as I haven't been able to find any I'm not allergic to but some of the ingredients.

Best wishes in meeting all of your health and wellness goals and hope you have a wonderful day too!
