Down 3 pounds.

I was able to do another 16 hour fast today. I stop eating at 7 and then break the fast at 11. The real test will be when I am back at work next week.

Last night, at about 6:40, I felt a little anxious about the fasting window starting.
I quickly made a quesadilla and had some tortilla chips with salsa. I need to work on this - I can plan to eat around 6:45, which is fine. But I don't want to rush and eat any ol' thing because it's almost 7.

I just discovered The Fitness Marshall. How fun! I don't think I will be very good at them, but I want to do a video each day for a quick 3-4 minute dance party. I see it as more of a mood booster than exercise.

One of my rewards was going to be new sneakers. Nike had a big sale today, and I got a purple pair for a great price.
