The idea was to start my plan on the first. Because of my grams horrible sleep habit, I didnt really fall asleep till about 3am on the 1st. Everyone slept in and my energy level wasnt even reading and I was just so dang on tired. That night I again didnt sleep good and my dog hogged the couch. *Side note - hospital bed is in the living room with the TV and I sleep in there with her to keep an eye on her. She has dementia. Also my dog is a king charles beagle mix. So I woke up Tuesday morning with some sore hips and lower back. So again nothing happened.

Today I woke up with a killer head ache on my left side of my head, eye to ear. Add in there another night of sorry ass sleep. I miss sleeping a straight 8 hours AT NIGHT!!!
