December Review and January Goals

My goal for December was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I didn’t meet my goal, but I had a 9-day streak from the 14th to the 22nd. I also started a streak on December 27th that still continues today.
My goal for January is, once again, to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I have also joined two challenges that started on January 1st. I have been successful with challenges before, so I am hoping they will help motivate me this month. One of them is Yoga with Adriene’s new True challenge, which lasts throughout the month. The other one is Leslie Sansone’s New Year challenge, which lasts six weeks. I am very optimistic about exercising in January!
