2018 Goals

I don't do the whole "New Year, New Me" thing. I don't even like the term. I actually cringe. I am evolving everyday! I am not the same person I was yesterday...and I will not be the same person tomorrow. I don't do resolutions either. I do, however, commit to improve changes i have made.

This New Year I will:
1. continue to improve my eating habits, by being mindful of what type of
food i eat...and pay attention to portions.
2. continue my journey towards vegetarianism.
3. continue to challenge myself with strength training.
4. continue to walk daily
5. continue to practice Yoga and deepen my meditation
6. continue to practice self-care. I will be kind to myself. I love ME ;) I will
prove it to myself everyday....Because....I am pretty awesome.
