Day # 2. I can do this!

Its January 2nd and my motivation is still high. I'm hoping to keep it up. I debated on joining weight watchers but I think I'll just stay with spark people and really try working it. I have 2 pounds more to lose and I'll have made my 1st weight loss goal. I want to be under 200 pounds!!! I can do it!!! I know I need to meal plan and prep my food. It would make everything so much easier. I need to log my food but that's always been a pain in the butt to me but if I was planning and prepping ahead, it should be easier to do. So I'm gonna try! Next goal......healthy snacking and 10 minutes of exercise a day!! Need to get back into it!!
