Goals, One Month at a Time- January 2018

My Start Weight: 241.1
Waist: 40

My goal for January 31 is 235. I have my food tracker set to that.

As I said on my FB. I'm going to be starting up at Crunch Fitness soon, possibly Friday, with my BFF. We both need to lose weight for health reasons. So we're going to do it together. I know working out makes my depression more bearable. Our goal is 2 days a week at the gym. I have Roller derby 2 days a week. 1 day I'm going to dedicate to Yoga/Kickboxing. I'm also taking Belly Dance lessons with a friend to keep her motivated. If I keep them going, it'll keep me going. Or at least it'll keep me going until I completely crash.

But for today. 6 pounds this month. Anything more is pie.
