Goals for 2018

They say...


So I'm keeping it simple for 2018 so I can stay focused.

Goals:
1. Lose at least 50 pounds.
2. Declutter my life.
3. Run in at least 3 races.

There are other things I will be working on...

but my daily focus will go to #1 and I have a sneaking suspicion that as I advance on that goal the others will fall in line.

My overall goal in 2018...

and considering 2017 that won't be hard. Just do more of what made me succeed in the past.

When I revisit these goals at the end of 2018 I want a big check mark by each.


As one goal is completed...
