Five days of my first step to healthy eating. No mindless eating at night for five days. I have been successful in this first step so far. My plan is to continue with this first step for another week. No mindless eating at night, only healthy food if really hungry.

I am not ready to add another healthy challenge yet. I need to get this nighttime mindless eating in control first.

    I plan for a nightime snack of hot chocolate with a banana most evenings. If my calories for the day are as they should be this works for me. emoticon emoticon

    Good work, that was a real challenge for me, but I took suggestions from people in this program. Now I don't "munch" after 8:00pm
