Five days of my first step to healthy eating. No mindless eating at night for five days. I have been successful in this first step so far. My plan is to continue with this first step for another week. No mindless eating at night, only healthy food if really hungry.
I am not ready to add another healthy challenge yet. I need to get this nighttime mindless eating in control first.
