This is our assignment for the Aspire and Inspire sparkteam: Blog about working on your struggle this month, how did it go? The struggle I was working on this month was regular exercise. I have been trying to exercise at least ten minutes a day, but I haven’t been consistent. The best I did this month was a nine-day streak December 14th – 22nd. Right now I’m on a three-day streak, including today. One way I plan to improve on this is by trying to exercise in the morning. Later in the day I often feel tired and don’t want to exercise. I think I would be more likely to get it done if I exercise in the morning.
