-Lesson plans

Wednesday -4:30am Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk
-Leftovers for dinner
-Lift after wwork

Thursday -Leftovers for dinner
-Leslie Sansone walk 4 miles
-Plan menu for next week
-Lesson plans

Friday -Leftovers for dinner
4:30am -Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk
-Lift after work
-Make grocery list and plug food into tracker for the week
-Lesson plans

Saturday -Leslie Sansone walk 5 miles
-Grocery shop
-Begin prepping food
-Clean kitchen
