The new year is coming up quick! 2017 wasn't a very good year for me. Especially the last couple of months. Too much work and not enough time for myself.
No resolutions for the new year. They never work. That doesn't mean that I'm giving up. It only means that I'm going to have a plan every day and take it one day at a time.
Get on the "tracking wagon" again. Both food and exercise. NO EXCUSES!! Even if the overtime continues!
Less computer, less TV, less reading, more movement, and meditation. There's a reason there's so many exercise videos, exercise tools in my basement! For me to start using them! Every day!
There's a REASON I now have 2 memberships to 2 different gyms! One of them is closer to work. The other is closer to home on the days I can't get to the first one closer to work.

I've not been on Sparks as much lately, because, let's face it, it takes time out of a person's busy day. Once I sit down in front of my computer, I lose all track of time. Next thing I know, I've been sitting here over half the day and have gotten NOTHING else done! This Has Got To Stop!!
There are a few things to look forward to for the coming new year. I'm going to step up to the plate and be ready for these things as they come. Changing habits is the first way to do this. One day at a time, one step at a time.
I'll use the tools I've used before, faithfully this time. They include getting back to tracking everything I put in my mouth. And tracking all of my exercises. Less computer time, which I've already started and more walking. Anything to get moving more.
This years holidays haven't been good to me. Or rather, I didn't take care of myself as I'd promised myself I would over the holidays.
