December is a month of eating anything and everything.
I have added so many bad eating habits this month.
My goal. Starting today. Is to identify a bad habit and get rid of it. Once I have mastered a bad habit and changed it into a good habit, I will work on another.
First bad habit.....
nighttime mindless eating. Not hungry. Don't eat. If hungry choose healthy.
