emoticon Merry Christmas to all!

Winter has arrived here in NE Montana. We have snow, we have drifts, we have wind, and we have COLD ! !

As I write this, our local reporting station is giving us -6F. Wind chill is -13F.

Tuesday it snowed most of the day and, of course, drifted. Wednesday morning the snow plow guy threw up a nice berm about 15in high between my car and the street. I didn't even try to get my car out without shoveling... However, when I got home my parking area had been cleared, plus some of the sidewalk, so I haven't had to shovel again.

Last week's goals --

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -- none recorded
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day -- about 40
At least 7.5 hours of sleep every night -- the only one I came even close to... 5/7
Steps - at least 4250 steps - 5 days out of 7 -- 1/7
Log food at least 3 days -- not a single thing...

So, for Christmas week -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -- already have 13 min for today
7.5 hours or better of sleep

That's it! I'll see if I can ramp up some of this to get a head start on the new year.
