Stress is NOT going to get me down!

These past few days have been super stressful. But one thing I didn't let myself do.... stress eat.
We are in the process of refinancing our home and had all that lovely paperwork to complete yesterday. Now that it is behind us, we now have to start sitting down with our contractor to start the bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel process.
Then last night we were filling out FASA application forms for our son for his first year of college. Talk about a long process. I am surprised they didn't ask for an arm or a leg!
But even through all of that.... I came out staying in range with my calories. I didn't let the stress get to me and I even smiled through all of it.
One thing that helped was getting in a good strength workout with my son earlier in the morning and also making sure I am logging onto Sparks daily. (I have been logging on everyday since Monday!) Those simple things helped me stay on track.
It will be easy to slip over these next few days since I am home on break for Christmas/New Years. It will be easy to slip next week when I am dealing with my husband being sick from the chemo. But I am NOT going to let it happen!
And I'll be checking in here to prove I am staying on track! You have my word...
