Day by day right?

Thursday, December 21, 2017

Well I am insulin dependant diabetic w nerve damage. For about 10 yrs now. Tired of the chronic pain and no energy. So I woke up today with an attitude to at least help myself become healthier. I exercised for 30 minutes today! I need a lot of help to keep moving forward. I don't want to fizzzle out as I'm prone to do. Please help keep me motivated. By spring I'd love to have an easier time riding my motorcycle, enjoying intimacy more, looking better and just all around feeling better about myself. I want to be around to enjoy this life for a long time to come!

Sp is the great place to achieve your goals. I find when the reward of health carries a stronger desire than the want to eat unhealthy we achieve the results. Finding that reward and making it as big as we can is what helps me the most.

I just read an article from a group of researchers in Europe on how Urea in the blood damages nerves and thus leads to all types of nerve disorders and Dementia. It said their research went along with why Type 2 diabetics have nerve damage since diabetes cuts down the ability of the kidneys to filter out urea well. It is not that they don't but it is what they miss that over a long period of time does the nerve damage. The article is on line and really interesting.
Do this for you as no one else can.

    Merry Christmas.
