End of December

Wednesday, December 20, 2017

I haven't been on here for a while, but I've re-evaluated some things and now ready to get going again. So this year was pretty trying, with all the lives lost, failed family relationships, health issues, and then in November I fell and fractured my tailbone (sucks getting old, lol). So it took a minute to get back up and moving, but I am back doing my daily routine again.

Although my year had many ups and downs, I believe it is ending in a good high, Thanks to the Lord above. My diabetes is getting better, numbers are going down, not where the doctor hoped, but still going down. This in turn has helped with what the doctor thought I possibly had Fibryomyalgia. He did state that I may still have it, because the symptoms I still have is related to it, but I have lost some of those that concerned me, like the headaches, dizziness, ears plugging, that have gotten less or disappeared since my numbers gone down. So that makes us believe it is diabetic related. But the more I lose in weight and glucose numbers, the more I hope to be feeling better.

So my little family and I are getting back on the wagon and chugging along with exercise and diet. We are making sure everyone in the house is doing a little something to exercise and eat right, including the 2 year old. She likes when we let her set the exercise program for the night, cause then she's the boss, LOL!!! Going good and going strong.

Yay for you and getting everyone on the wagon at one time!

I have had those same symptoms and when I lost 54 pounds, they all lessened or went away. When I went through a hard year and gained back 38 of those pounds, back came some, if not all of the symptoms. Some worse than before. If that's not a good incentive to stay on track, I'm not sure what is.....

You've got this my friend! emoticon
