the day is over, so the plan has been implemented.
sleep - good sleep before the work night, after the work night, somewhat stressful. had trouble falling asleep. in the end, a total of 6 hours in bed so not bad.
work - feeling on top of things. mostly.
exercise - video in the night - cardio party. multiple walks during the day. step goal met.
food - yesterday's leftovers plus a salad: lunch was potato leek zucchini broccoli soup with sandwich (pb and pickle...), and dinner was the broccoli rice casserole with a big salad.
scale - happy. 106 today. lowest in ages.

fitbit so far - 16,000 steps.
ate sitting down. slowly. mindfully.
ignored the not my food.
