Is the world out of control ?

We have weapons of mass destruction ,Pollution ,natural disasters & health problems that cant be explained , people are killing each other at a rate that has never been heard of before , Do you really think a man can solve these problems ?Proverbs 14:12 there is a way that seems right to a man but the end is death Ecl 8:9 says Man has dominated man to his own harm jer 10:23 says a man cant even direct his own steps . Man plans & God laughs !
