Wow, I can hardly believe it's been a month since I've blogged. Not really much to talk about - I found that pound again that I thought I'd gotten rid of.
My eating has been so-so, my exercise pretty sporadic. Even my water drinking has gone by the wayside. I have been working on getting my snack attacks under control.
Did some outside Christmas lights today. I may do some window lights, I haven't decided.
I spent most of today making a room with a closing door inhabitable for a new cat. The other cat hisses at him whenever she sees him, so I figure I'd better keep them separated for a while. Most of my rooms are open to one another, so I had my work cut out to figure out what room I had with a door that I could make cat friendly.
We've been having unseasonably warm weather and not much moisture. Our area is still listed as severe drought. We do have some rain/snow predicted for this week, so maybe we will have a white Christmas.
I'm not even going to re-list and comment on my previous goals as they were pretty much ignored.
So let's see if I can re-light the fire under myself for next week.
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day
At least 7.5 hours of sleep every night
Steps - at least 4250 steps - 5 days out of 7
Log food at least 3 days
