morning cuppa spark - december blogstreak - sunday sparkplan

just putting the day together. here is my version of the spark recipe for health:
sleep - yes! a good night, over 3 hours so far, with a second session ahead.
lunch - a green instant pot soup with leek, potato, white beans, broccoli, zucchini, onion, garlic - zapped smooth at the end
dinner - broccoli rice casserole with vegan cheese sauce:
a) jessica smith's 6 week transformation - total body workout - done. and for the first time, able to use the heavy (5 lb) weights. progress!
b) steps - short walks today, starting with the fields and the river.
spark coach with tracking - done.
will try to get to reading blogs in breaks.
and that's the plan.
