this week's challenge has been sleep. and lack of sleep has meant being short on exercise - the rule (my personal rule) is no night time video if i haven't slept enough. and if i have massive deadly lions to slay, they take priority over the night time video. and these days, with the weather and the short daylight hours, if i don't add the night video it is hard to make the 15,000 step goal. still, i managed to hit the total goal of 105,000 for the week (15k average daily). i'm working on the 6 week transformation program that jessica smith put out a few years ago - finishing off week two. lots of strength training. hate it. doing it anyway. (give me cardio any day:-)
meanwhile, the sleep and exercise part have not had a negative impact on the food part - still managing to refuse to partake of DH's cheese and crackers. still planning good healthy vegan meals. i didn't track midweek and i suspect not having written things down may have added a few calories here and there. scale is not as happy as it could be, but that could be salt. (sauerkraut). still, not bad, and no upward creep.
so those are the ingredients. sleep. exercise. meals.
eat sitting down. slowly. mindfully.
not my food.
hunger is not an emergency.
