My winter 2017 / 2018 5% challenge exercise plan is.

My plan starting Jan will be:
1. walking 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week
2 deep water hydro fit class 2 x a week ( I hope my shoulder is better so I can do this)
3. shallow water exercise class 2 x a week
4. ride mini bike 15 min every am and pm 5 days a week
5 a walking video 2 x a week
This is pushing it for me but, I know I can do it IF I just do.
