EVERYDAY I so want to get on my treadmill like I did before but the pain is terrible..
I'm trying everyday to bring me back..

emoticon I'm hoping your struggle is easier now. You had quite a challenge put on you. I hope you are overcoming it, inch by inch, foot by foot! You have been such an inspiration and SP remembers you! emoticon

I was once told I'd be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life. I was in my mid 30's. I couldn't/wouldn't accept that and kept rolling around the floor, wiggling my feet and all sorts of things until I could walk again. I'm in my mid 60's now. I am not in a wheel chair, thank the good Lord! I can't run but I don't want to take for granted what I can do.

So very sorry to hear this Chris :-(( That was a catastrophic fall!! Congratulations on keeping the weight off! Most folks would fall into a food pity party. You are amazingly strong and resilient and if there is any way to get some of your life back, I am sure you will find a way. I hope they can do more for you.
