The Challenge Begins

Ok, 10 weeks, 30 pounds. No excuses.

Got my first cortisone shots in knees, they really feel better! They are both shot and I hobble around on a cane like I'm a hundred years old. Gotta get new ones. I'm too damn young for this.

It feels so good to be back here. Like home. (But they seriously need some new goodies and stickers......c'mon SparkPeople........)
