Managed 2 miles in the pool today but it had no effect on the scales as they showed a 3 1/2lb gain!!! I have absolutely no idea where that came from as we've been so 'On Plan' for the last two weeks with no deviation at all. Bummer!
Got to keep on Keeping On. I will not let this get me down.

    You have to remember it is not always about what the scales show. Are you wearing the exact same thing, how about how your clothes are fitting looser. You got this Jude! Looking great!
