I Want to Eat

So, yesterday I started off doing fine, but I cooked a dish that wasn't very filling. I made liver and onions. Then, I also had issues getting my water intake in yesterday because I was cold and just couldn't seem to warm up. Water makes me even colder. I drank hot tea with no sweetener, but I can't drink something hot as quickly. Well, around 7pm, I started feeling really hungry and was craving something sweet too. Got into hubby's cookies. Still wanted to eat. Then, I ended up getting a pizza and I ate the whole thing.

So, now today I'm trying to stay on track with my eating but the sugar cravings are kicking in. I'm trying to stay strong and get through it.

    I over indulged on Tuesday (ate 1/2 a pizza) and blew my carb allotment for about 3 days. No worries it’s behind us now. We just get back on track. Can’t change the past but we are in charge of how we proceed in the future. Keep moving forward .
