I just logged my breakfast for the day and it totaled 426 calories. I thought: Wow. That doesn't leave me much for the rest of the day. But then I multiplied it by 3 and had a revelation.
I need to be eating breakfast sized portions all day. For every meal.
I've struggled with trying to remember if an ounce is the size of a dice, and if the cheese is sliced how do I convert it (in my mind) into that cube shape, and so on. I just can't remember the recommendations.
So I've decided I will try an easier way. I will strive to eat breakfast sized portions at each meal. I don't need a huge plate of food at dinner and lunch does not "need fries with that".
Off I go!
