I'm congratulating myself because I have kept to my exercise schedule since November 1st.

Yes, it's been somewhat difficult to do so & involved a little adjusting from week to week (to find out what works for me), but I finally figured it out allotting 3 days to cardio, 2 days to strength training, 1 day to flex / ab exercises, & 1 day (open) to either rest or do a low impact exercise of my choice.

Because I have a 'flexible' work schedule, I use a regular calendar when creating my exercise schedule for the week as opposed to penciling in specific workout times.
