December Weight & Measurements

This may also answer why I feel so spacey lately... perhaps I really did lose my brain...

In all sincerity, I really am pleased with myself. In just about one month I've lost 3 pounds! I survived Thanksgiving and didn't gain weight! emoticon

I'm pleased with my measurements as well. Here they are (along with Novembers):

Weight: 275.5 (278.5 - down 3 lbs)
Neck: 16 (16 - same)
Right Arm: 17 (17.5 - down 0.5)
Left Arm: 17 (17 - same)
Bust: 50 (52.5 - down 2.5 (sad hubby))
Under Bust: 42 (45 - down 3)
Waist: 45.5 (45 - up 0.5)
Hips: 51 (51.5 - down 0.5)
Waist-to-Hip Ratio: 0.892 (0.873 - up 0.019)
Right Thigh: 26 (27 - down 1)
Left Thigh: 26 (27 - down 1)
Right Calf: 16 (16 - same)
Left Calf: 16 (16 - same)

Most all are either down or the same, the only one that makes me a little sad is to see my waist up 0.5. Even so, that isn't that horrible and it can be changed before next month's measurements. For now, I am happy and feeling more confident as I continue forward.

Should I lose about 3 pounds each month between now and November 2018 that would put me at approximately 242.5 pounds around the time of the Hot Chocolate 5K. I like the sound of that, I'll like the feel of it even better! My body has been, for the most part, feeling better than it has in regards to the rheumatoid arthritis. I know carrying even less weight will help my body feel even better.

    Well hot mama good for you. Maybe as time goes on you just might gain some muscle which will help you burn more calories, that would even more weight lost faster! 😊
