My goal for November was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I did not meet that goal. For December I would still like to exercise at least ten minutes a day. Yesterday I found this cute tracker online, and I'm going to use it to track my days of exercise from now until Christmas.
I plan to walk a lot, but I also want to do both strength training and yoga at least three times a week.
The holidays are a very busy time, but I need to make time for exercise!
