Today, I created my exercise schedule for the upcoming week. In doing so, I looked back & was impressed that I managed to exercise 5-7 days per week since November 1st (alternating between cardio, strength training, & abs / flexibility).

Hopefully I'm able to keep it up with my upcoming crazy work schedule.
