Chapter 26, Day 57

Inbetween Challenge began yesterday. My goal between yesterday and January 4, is to lose 7#. I have 33 days to meet this goal, and a boatload of holiday food events to challenge me along the way. I hope I have learned some new healthier habits and in particular, how to negotiate food events from my success during the Fall Challenge. Fingers crossed.

I won't increase my fitness minutes. My foot is still healing from my zumba injury last year, and although I have tried working it longer, my foot can't take more than 60 minutes of walking on it at a time without physical setbacks.

I'm focused on one day at a time. Then I will move onto the next.

Enjoyed some nice family time at my sis's home yesterday, where we all gathered for my grand niece's 4th birthday.

I held pretty close to my food plan, adding a little more than I should have, but I had the calories to spare, so no harm done.

Nice weather today in the low 40s and sunny.....fitness minutes done for today.

    Good luck with your new challenge Vicki. Do what works for you very important. I think the challenge keep you moving so keep going . emoticon emoticon

    I am not doing the in-between challenge, and don't really thing I will do the winter one either, they just don't seem to help. So why spend all that time tracking, I need things simpler not more complicated.
