Chapter 26, Day 56. Challenge done.

As I stepped on the scale this morning, I said:
Goodbye, 14#
Goodbye 2" on my waist
Goodbye 2" on my hips.
Goodbye 2017 Fall 5% Challenge!

I worked hard for these results. A first for me, I lost weight Thanksgiving week.

I'm not done yet, though I marked a couple of milestones. My new goal is to make it through the month of December having lost weight, and it will be another first for me. I have 6 food events to manage that are scheduled in the family as I write this. Goodness, what an obstacle course.

Today I have my nieces 4th birthday party at my sis's. They will serve pizza, and there will be nothing there to eat that is kind to a dieter, not even a green salad. I'll probably load my handbag up with carrot and celery sticks, and maybe an apple, and have just one slice of pizza.

Next week will be a very busy week for me, as I will start babysitting granddaughter Alexandra 3 days a week; I'll have Arden on the other 2 afternnoons during the week, and client work where available during the week and also on the weekends. On Thursday, my brother in law arrives as our houseguest until 10 on Siunday; then our friends, in from FL, will stay overnight on Sunday to Monday. I'll be very busy, and happy, for I can think of no better way to spend my time, except to add some reading time in there and subtract out some client work. In the meantime, over this weekend, I'll rest up for this marathon of busyness, and get over my cold.

It was my best weight loss for a Challenge.
Happy for my 14# weight loss, 2" off waist, 2" off hips.
Proud of the consistency and self discipline .... biggies for me....ask anybody

    I love your “can do” list sounds much better than a “to do” list. I agree if you take some snacks or eat before hand the one slice of pizza is doable. I’ve had to tell myself the same thing one slice is enough. Keep up the good work!
