Working so hard

I have been working so hard this week. I even exercised three times yesterday. I had an amazing workout this morning and I am up .5 pounds from Monday. I have been tracking my food religiously. If I think it is too complex to track it I just don't eat it. I have a goal to be 120 lbs by the 23rd of December 2017. I know I still have some time and my goal is realistic but I have been doing so well this month and I only lost 3 lbs. It is hard. I know that I have probably hit a plateau and have to just be patient and I will see the results. My hubby also is doing great and we motivate each other. I am sure without him I wouldn't have got a third workout in last night. I managed to burn 500 calories yesterday. I will just be patient and keep doing what I am doing.
