Day 67 of 100 days of gratitude

My Spark Coach challenge today is to toot my own horn...so here goes:
I'm setting a minimum of 7500 brisk steps daily and aiming for 10,000 brisk steps (7,000 or 8,000 at a time without stopping) almost daily. I have 3 days in a row and I'm proud, but very tired.
I'm grateful is that I live where there are lots of different routes to keep my interest and no traffic. I'm also grateful that I am retired and can take this large chunk of tiime out of my day to strive for this. When I owned a business & worked 12-14 hrs/day, I just couldn't pull this off.
I'm having trouble eating enough and falling again into that problem of no weight loss due to inadequate calories. (8 yrs in a row..you'd think I'd learn how to do this!) I'm searching for healthy food. I have been soda free for 8 out of 10 days (I caved in on our road trip for Thanksgiving & had soda.) Am in my 3rd day soda-free after returning.
A big thank you to SP and other friends checking up on my "behavior." Keeps me motivated.
