Feeling good here in Vegas. Hanging out in the fancy hotel while the hubby works. Working some, relaxing and staying on track. Be good to yourself. You are worth being a healthier version of yourself. Get up and move. Plan your meals and your exercise. Try something new. Set a new goal. I'm going to try Pound when I get home. They have classes at Planet Fitness!
