Variety is the Spice of Life

The day I signed myself up for my insurance company's weight loss program was the day I returned to Spark People.
Last time, I lost the weight by changing my eating habits & exercising more... I did however stick to activities like walking, Pilates, step aerobics, & spinning. There was little to no variety.
This time I'm trying a new approach. Yes, I'm working on changing my eating habits. However, in an effort to stay active I'm expanding my horizons by trying new activities & dvd's. So far, I've tried strength training w/ both kettle bells & dumb bells, circuit training (both cardio & strength training), Pilates, low impact aerobics, rowing, step aerobics, etc. Besides that, I've also tried some new SP videos online.
It's amazing, but not only am I feeling more energetic / motivated, but thinner as well.
