Yesterday, I went straight from work to the arena to attend a hockey game.
Arriving early, I met up with some friends... The three of us walked 8 blocks to 'Build-A-Burger'. Knowing I was having issues with adding enough protein in my diet daily, I designed a high-protein burger consisting of:
Yes, I know the sandwich sounds relatively disgusting, but tasted really good!
Leaving the restaurant, we walked another 8 blocks back to the arena. During the game, I managed to squeeze more of a workout in by walking around the bowl of the arena during each intermission break (there's 2 20 minute intermissions).
Feeling great today!
