1. My recovery time in between intervals is getting shorter and shorter which means I am utilizing oxygen more efficiently as I get more fit.
2. I went down TWO bra sizes—not cups (thank gawd—LOL!) but band—from a 42 to a 38. I.WILL.TAKE.IT. And smile. 😄
3. More muscle definition in my legs, bicep and now triceps—I mean that I can actually SEE.
4. Consistency: I am only 20 rides from my century (100th) ride using my Peloton app and frankly this is almost the NSV I’m most excited about. Using this app has improved my fitness SO much these past 6 months and it is showing in other areas of my life, by which I mean my physical and emotional fitness. You can buy this type of “feel good”.
