BLC - Week 11 - 12

It's the end of another week and I'm very excited that I have made it through. I have a tendency to lose steam.....but looks like I'm going to complete this 12 week challenge. For the final week I will be eating mostly fruit, veggies, nuts and grains with salmon, chicken, tuna and beef as my main protein sources. Between 1200 and 1500 calories and exercising the same as last week. One week to go and I'm up to the challenge.
