Aiming for “One”derland

My name should be Alice as I chase the white rabbit around Oz looking for the golden snitch in a place I’ve been before. It is getting within reach, and I hope that desire is enough to keep me motivated and hep me stay the course as I am down 12 lbs since August. Yesterday I canned apples for jam and rings for Christmas gifts, to add to my growing stash of mason jars filled with goodies to give like pickles and relish. Last week I tackled the mighty cranberry and made an orange cranberry conserve without nuts, and an apple cranberry relish which is quite good. Today I bought grapes and apples to have on hand - healthy foot for when the kiddos descend on us starting tomorrow. I can’t wait. Yep, “one”derland is getting close from the vantage point of 206. I already have over 8000 steps today, besides the nustep machine and 35 minutes pt yoga. Getting healthier is my job! One step at a time, one day at a time. Being thankful for all things!

    Sounds like Onederland is in your sights and it won't be long before the train pulls into the station. You are really getting prepared for the holidays with all the canning you are doing. Great to be able to give out gifts you have made yourself. My favorite kind for sure.
