Day 16... I did it!!!

Despite there being nothing but chaos at work today, I did something today I haven't done in years... I sprinted up / down 2 flights of stairs (several times) @ work w/o being winded and / or exhausted from doing so!
It was the weirdest thing... I just took off up / down the steps. And it felt great. Doing so gave me enough of a jolt to boost my energy for several hours in between breaks.
Small accomplishment, but making strides one step at a time.
