My commitment to self for the week Of Thanksgiving.

I will be spending the next 11 days with my Daughter and family. Usually when I go away I gain about 10 pounds and then need to come home to work it off again. This time I am going to Stick with my daily routine. I packed my computer and will sign into spark people everyday. I will track my food and exercise. I talked with my grandson, who is 15 years old and in training for soccer, asking him if I could join him on his 4 mile jog each day, he agreed. I try for 5 miles a day 3 in morning and 2 more some time during the day, but I usually do not jog, just fast pace walking with small amounts of jogging thrown in. I will do my weight training using canned vegetables when needed. I will pick healthy meals for the menus of the restaurant we visit. It has been about 6 years since I've spent Thanksgiving with them and I look forward to being there but I need to stay true to my self and my new healthy life style. I can do this and I will. I want to come home weighing the same as I left. 155.8
