Healthy Holiday Challenge - Day 4

So today's challenge tips are as follows:

Nutrition: plan ahead for how to stay on track at holiday events. This might not be a strictly holiday event, but tomorrow night a bunch of us are going to a comedy show to benefit my son's school. We can bring our own snacks. Now it just so happens that just about everyone in this group is on Weight Watchers, so we put our heads together and came up with a few healthy snacks to bring.

Motivation: this tip was to reward myself. And I did today. I have long talked about wanting a nice pair if warm, fuzzy slippers. Not slip ons, I have several pairs of those, but a real "shoe-like" slipper. So I was at Kohl's for something else, and I bought myself s pair of warm, furry slippers. I might never take them off.

Exercise: today's recommended exercise was a 12-minute calypso dance video. I will not do it again. But for 12 minutes I shook my booty and never stopped moving. Worked up a sweat, too. I wouldn't call it fun, but I did it.

I ate well today, tracked my meals, stayed within my points. A good day. Can't wait to hit the scale on Saturday.
