No More Cheese, Please!

Thursday, November 16, 2017

I know dairy gives me sinus issues, but I constantly find myself going back to cheese. The idea that a little isn't going to be a problem when it ends up in my plate at a restaurant because I forgot to have it omitted is damaging. Too soon it ends up in my refrigerator and served often at home.
I've gone months without. The first time or two cheese tastes greasy and unnecessary, but somehow it starts a craving. There are a couple of vegan cheeses are okay, but nothing really compares to a sharp cheddar or feta.
I am determined to break up with other animal's milk for good! It is the only thing keeping me from being WFPB. I am determined to eat according to my knowledge and convictions and not just habits and cravings.
I determine what goes on my mouth.
I choose to eat whole food plant based meals and snacks.
I will eat wfpb every day ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am committed to regaining my health!

This is quite interesting. As I read this I realized I have had some pretty good sinus issues over the last 2 years since I retired and realized how much cheese I eat. Often cheese is a good portion of my lunch or I snack on it. I am quite interested in finding out more about this.thanks for sharing this
